Emirates Dh49.1 billion 2015 federal budget to enhance welfare
Around half of the United Arab Emirates (UAE)`s Dh49.1 billion 2015 federal budget is devoted for its citizens and a further enhancement of their life quality.
The 2015 budget that increased by Dh2.9 billion, or 6.3%, from the financial year 2014 will be spent on social sectors such as health, education and social services.
Further developing government services will take place with a budget of Dh1.8 billion dedicated to new infrastructure constructions and Dh1.6 billion to financial assets across the UAE.
According to the UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, most of the budget would be used “to provide prosperity, security and a decent life for citizens at all levels.”
UAE does not fail to persistently improve overall services that provide a higher quality of life and make the country more attracting in a bid to spur foreign investments and stronger tourism.
“Investing in and meeting the needs of its citizens are the cornerstones of the UAE government policies.”
