Property prices could incline slightly this year in UAE as the prices of building materials have seen a change in November 2014 compared with October 2014 according to the Statistics Centre Abu Dhabi (Scad).
In fact the average prices rising faintly by 0.1% or the uPVC pipes and by 1.8 per cent for false ceilings while that the power cable group witnessed a 0.3% plummeting of its prices.
Expats and residents are constantly infuriated by the incline of property prices in the UAE that may rise further next year.
Inflation in the UAE hits its highest level in five years in September and is still on the rise as a result of a stronger demand on products and services across the country.
Not forgetting that as a result of the enduring rising costs of living in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the UAE rank as one of the top expat destination dropped sharply
